This candle is the one that brings back the nostalgic moments of years past. This scent reminds me of cooler nights, shorter days, and the lengthening of shadows in the afternoon hours. This is the smell that signifies it is time to begin the changes in your wardrobe, meal planning, and outdoor activities. It does not smell like "pumpkin" or "apples", which is a breath of fresh air. It is hard to find a scent that is perfect for this time of year without the danger of calling it "pumpkin". This candle delivers that aroma, and will not be labeled as anything particular, other than "just right" for this time of year. You can detect subtle nutmeg, maybe cinnamon and cloves. Leaves and a fresh woodsy smell are present, as are the warmth of a campfire or wood burning stove in your home.

Fresh smelling, like a rainforest, as the description states. Very pleasant smell overall, but not very strong. I use this one in smaller rooms in my house. I do like the subtle smell this one offers, and my husband really likes it better than some of the ones that smell more like flowers or citrus.

Very lovely and fragrant smell. Soft, smell. Smells like springtime flowers blooming, very sweet and feminine smelling, but the men in the house will still like it. This is one of my favorites, and you will really enjoy it!

Crisp and Refreshing Citrus

You can smell the grapefruit and ginger in this candle. Very pleased with this scent. It smells like summertime or springtime, very clean. Although you can smell the citrus, it is not overpowering, nor do you think you are smelling an "orange" or "lemon", the citrus is there, but it is subtle.

Not your average vanilla candle...

This smell is one of my favorite! You can smell the aroma of vanilla and sandlewood. It smells much different then anything I have ever tried before. It is a little masculine smelling, and kind of reminds me of summertime changing to autumn, a kind of changing of the season or weather can be smelled within this scent.

Soft Smelling Lavander...

Not as potent as other lavander candles and fragrences I have experienced before. But, that might be one of the better assets about this candle. If you want something that has a strong lavender smell, I would probably buy something else, or try the smaller candle first to decide if you like it. Overall a very clean and pleasant smell, I like to burn this candle before I go to bed at night to help me relax.

The Thymes description of this candle really is accurate. This smells like fresh water or rainfall in the desert. It is very fragrant, and almost a little masculine smelling, I think that is the white musk that you can smell. Very pleasing, one of my favorite scents.

This candle smells fresh, kind of like being in a forest or herb garden. You can smell a kind of fresh picked leaves or opening your windows after it has rained outside in the forest. It is subtle and really warm.

This candle is not as fragrent as some of the others I have tried from Thymes. It is, however, soft, pleasant, warm and clean smelling. You can definately smell the pear, vanilla and butter like smells. It is fresh and inviting, I will definately buy it again and use it in a smaller room of my house.
